Description, measurements & photos

A rocking press for compact garlic prep

A curved perforated section sits beneath a broad handle on the pictured garlic press. The shape lets you press and rock over a clove on a suitable work surface, keeping the tool small enough for a utensil drawer. Two style options are available, so check the image for your selected version.

Press over a stable cutting surface

Prepare the ingredient as directed and keep your fingers clear of the pressing area while applying pressure through the handle. Collect the pressed pieces from the perforated section, then rinse and clean the openings after use. Avoid promising the same result for every ingredient size or firmness; choose manageable pieces for the tool.
