Choosing and using yours

Choose the volume for the amount you want to store and leave room to lift the lid comfortably. Wash and dry the jar and lid before refilling, and inspect the glass and seal for damage. Follow suitable storage guidance for the actual food; the jar does not establish a shelf-life or food-preservation process.

Is this a set of all four sizes?

No. The package lists one jar, and the capacities are separate options.

Can it be used for pressure canning or thermal shock?

No canning, oven or sudden-temperature-change rating is established. Treat it as an ordinary storage jar unless the supplied instructions confirm a specific use.
